Return & Refund Policy

At Gallexa, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality PC parts and accessories. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • All included accessories, manuals, and components must be intact.
  • A proof of purchase is required.

Important: Customers must contact us before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective on arrival:

  • Opened software or digital products
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
  • Custom-built or special-order products
  • Items missing original parts or packaging

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.

Once verified, you may choose one of the following:

  • Replacement for the same product
  • Store credit
  • Refund to original payment method (if applicable)

Damages reported after 24 hours may not be eligible.


4. Refund Methods

Upon approval, you may request one of the following:

  • Refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit
  • Exchange for the same item

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.


Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 4 days from the date the returned product is received and inspected.

Return Methods

Customers may return products using any of the following methods:

  • Drop-Off Location – Products can be taken to an approved return point.
  • By Mail – Customers may ship the product back using the provided return label.

Currency

All refunds are issued in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). If the customer uses a different currency, the refunded amount will be automatically converted to their local currency at the time of processing.

5. Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased on sale or promotional pricing are eligible for return only if the same price/promotion is still active at the time of the return request.

If the price has changed or the offer has ended, the item is considered final sale and non-refundable.


6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Gallexa is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.


7. Processing Time for Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item:

  1. We will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
  2. If approved, refunds will be processed within a reasonable time and applied to your original payment method.

If you do not see the refund:

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your bank or credit card provider.
  • If you still have not received the refund, email us at gallexa.store.

8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the return. If the gift giver received the order, we will issue the refund to them.


9. Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or approved for swap. To request an exchange, contact us at gallexa.store.
